From session to context

How KineticFit works.

KineticFit is a workout tracking and training insight app for iPhone. It is designed to keep the many ways you train connected—from an active set or outdoor route to the history and health context you review later.

1. Choose the data and features you want

You control KineticFit’s access to Apple Health, location, and motion data through iOS. Health access supports the categories and insights you enable. Location access supports outdoor route recording. Motion access supports movement-related metrics.

These permissions are feature-specific and can be changed at any time. Health permissions do not automatically grant permission for optional model training.

2. Record the workout you are doing

Use the active session view for strength work and keep sets, repetitions, load, volume, exercise progress, and rest context together. KineticFit can also represent running, cycling, climbing, combined sessions, and outdoor routes so your history reflects how you actually train.

3. Build one continuous training history

Completed sessions join a single timeline. Account information, workouts, routes, and selected health and fitness data can synchronize through Cloud Firestore to support account features, history, insights, and access across your devices.

Records written separately to Apple Health remain controlled through the Health app. You can delete your KineticFit account and synchronized data using the in-app deletion flow.

4. Review signals and consider what comes next

Health scores organize related signals into Recovery, Training, Heart, Activity, Sleep, Nutrition, Body Composition, Mobility, and Mindfulness. Progression suggestions use recent training history to add context for a future session.

You make the final training decision. KineticFit’s scores, suggestions, and estimates may be incomplete or inaccurate. They provide general fitness information, not diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.

Availability and requirements

KineticFit is currently offered as an iPhone beta through Apple TestFlight. Features can change as the product develops, and beta software may be incomplete or contain errors. Some features require an account, a network connection for synchronization, and the relevant iOS permissions.
